Ingredients:
1 cup boiled chickpeas
½ cup tomato, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
1 cup boiled potato, diced
Salt as per taste
Green chilli, chopped (as per taste)
½ cup pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp roasted cumin
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp ginger paste
½ cup sev
Shangrila Gemon juice as per taste
Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce, for serving
Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce, for serving
Coriander, for garnish
Red chilli powder as per taste
Direction:
In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas and chopped tomatoes.
Mix in the boiled potatoes and chopped onions.
Add salt and chopped green chilli as per taste.
Stir in pomegranate seeds, roasted cumin, chaat masala, and ginger paste.
Mix well and add sev for a crispy texture.
Pour Shangrila lemon juice as per your preference to enhance the flavors.
Garnish with coriander and a sprinkle of red chilli powder.
